[RASMB] CPU Board Malfunction on XL-I

Hi Titus,

the problems initially occurred with a combination of GUI 5.8/firmware 
4.21 and windows XP. A switch to GUI 5.7/firmware 4.19 did reduce but 
not solve the problems.
