[RASMB] V-bar calculation for mAb

Dear Sumit,

I second what John Philo said. In addition, we have available a program, 
PROMOLP, which among other things computes the vbar from the sequence, 
taking into account carbohydrates and phosphates. You can manually enter a 
sequence, or import it from a SwissProt-formatted file. I'll be glad to 
send it to you, or to anyone else who might want it, upon request.
