[RASMB] Exchange of the control PC

A couple of years ago we were able to buy a house-brand PC clone with 
an ISA bus from Tiger Direct for a reasonable price, specifically to 
use with an old fluorescence spectrofluorimeter we had inherited.  It 
works fine.  This could be a solution for the XLA.
