[RASMB] centerpiece/window compatibility with decontaminatingsolution

So decontamination of the centerpiece and windows with 10% bleach and
autoclaving the cell housing at 121 degree-C for 30min. Erby Perdue
mentioned that autoclaving cell housing for that much time will be okay.
