[RASMB] AUC capabilities

Hi Walter,

thanks.  I have no access to FL optics at Yale, but will consider 
Allen's approach (if I can locate all the hardware and the amount of 
protein needed is not prohibitive).

Can you give me an assessment of how much protein was used for this study?
