[RASMB] Sedimentation equilibrium query

[Kanchan Gupta Phd Batch 2006 Cell Bio R.P.Roy]

hello

being a beginner , i was wondering if i can set up the sedimentation equilibrium run for 2 proteins, one 23.7KDa and other 17.8KDa, together only. Each protein will be in individual cell assemblies. Both are homologues from two different microrganisms.
