Hi Hans-Joachim,

I suppose that MS under non-denaturing condition provide information
that is complementary to AUC to some extent, although it is required to
remember that MS data are those in gas phase.You might refer following
our studies in which we compared data between MS and AUC for
protein-protein interactions.
