[RASMB] AUC Analysis for a protein without tryptophan

Hi Rikita,
in addition to the suggestion to use 230 nm, one could
1) inroduce a Trp if it is recombinant
2) label it with fluorescein and use 492 nm absorbance.
3) introduce Flash-tag as it may be more gentle then 2) (again, if it is
recombinant)
options 2 and 3 make it amendable for fluorescence detection system
