[RASMB] elevated temperature measurement and ionic liquids

Hi Steve,

I haven't tried AUC in ILs, and not used NMMO, but we have had some
people here working with proteins in ILs and one significant problem
was UV absorbance at spectroscopically useful wavelengths. Commercial
ILs frequently seem to have brown impurities.
