[RASMB] housing plugs

I use 1/32" or thinner neoprene (black) rubber sheet and I use a  
simple belt hole punch from Sears. I've been using this material since  
the 1970's and have never had a leak. It's soft and deformable enough  
to fill the scratches and cracks that seem inevitably to form around  
the filling holes.
