[RASMB] Partial specific volume of nucleotides

Hi-
I believe there are several values in the RASMB archives. The ion-type 
dependence and assembly state dependence (ss, ds, qs) is significant, 
and points out one of the limitations of calculating the buoyancy from 
vbar estimates.
