[RASMB] conc. limit

Dear  colleauges, dear Joris  Beld,
you  are   absolute  right in your sinking to respect   the Lambert- Beer low
in  case  of  SE, not to enter  in  the optical non-ideal concentration region .  
You should  give/define   in this  case for  the readers of  your   mail the  conc. in mgmL or in  OD at the 
wavelenght you or  the  colleague  intended to work !!!. At least  if you  work  with a thin cell  of 3mm (available to buy ), it  is  as you  delute  4 X your  solution. To proof  non ideality /crowding you  have  to  run the  sample
at various concentrations and if  your  graph of Mw versus   conc. descends strongly you  know what is  the  maximal conc. you  could  use,,,yours...ariel
