[RASMB] PIPES viscosity/density data

We also follow Jack's approach, not only for the buffer, but also for the samples,
especially if you cannot readily determine vbars from peptide sequence or for
cases where DNA, synthetic polymers, detergents or carbohydrates are involved.

The latest version of UltraScan now includes a module for the calculations
of density series to aid those of us who have older Anton Paar densitometers that
still came without software.
