[RASMB] nucleic acid vbar

I would like to thank everyone who responded to my query about
the vbar of nucleic acids.

In conclusion, I think I will follow Arthur's recommendation and
make my own measurement (in this case 100 mM NaCl + TRIS on DNA).
We have dusted off our old Anton Paar, it should give me values
that are sufficiently accurate for my purpose. I will report
back what find.
