To my knowledge WD-DCDT is the only program that can analyze multiple
speed velocity data globally. Setting up to use it depends upon the
range of s values your sample has. Check the Biophys Chem paper
Stafford & Braswell wrote & appreciate if you scan a narrow region of
the cell, say 6.49 to 7.01, to catch the rapidly sedimenting species,
you will need to go back after the run and scan the meniscus region as a
function of speed to correct for rotor stretching. To set up a WD run
you also must use the sed equil button in the Beckman software since
that is the only place multiple speed data collection can be programmed.
The analysis assumes all the data is in continuously #'ed & in one
directory. WD-DCDT can also be found in the SEDANAL package.

Dear all,Has some one tried to run the " gravity sweep" experiment? How
to set up the experiment in XL-I? Can WINDCDT+ is the only one that can
be used to analyze the data? Thanks a bunch. Chin
