[RASMB] PSV of Phosphatidylethanolamine

Dear Jo, dear colleagues ,
as far  I understood  you need  the Vbar of Phospholipids.
To determine the Vbar of Phospholipids their  density  is very low , you 
need a relative  high concentration to get a good signal, and you  have to 
know the  concentation to determine it in  pycnometers -density-meters ! In 
such  a case  I use  the methode of:

The conc. knowledge is not important  and conc. dependence is not needed.
I made it many times with  schlieren opt. but with interfer. it will go too.
