[RASMB] questions

I am new in AUC and don't know much about it.
I am trying to run Sedfit with my velocity data, but I am getting error 
message.
It is : max #iteration exceeded in NNLS.
Would anyone tell me what this is and how to solve this problem?
And I am having rmsd of ~0.006.  Is this good rmsd value?
Also, for the outer fitting limit (green line on left), moving green 
line a little further away from red line gives me lower rmsd.
Is it O.K. to accept this position as outer fitting limit?
Please help me.
