[RASMB] Refurbishing quartz and sapphire windows

Greetings all,

Does anyone know if there is a facility that will polish/refurbish used 
plane quartz and sapphire windows? I was under the impression that 
Meller Optics provided that service, but their representative with whom 
I spoke said that was not the case.
