Molecular Interaction Analysis Section Leader

Applications are invited for the position of Section Leader of the
Molecular Interaction Section of the Hartwell Center for Bioinformatics
and Biotechnology, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, Memphis TN.

The successful candidate will supervise and operate a laboratory
utilizing techniques including surface plasmon resonance and analytical
ultracentrifugation, and will work with faculty in diverse biomedical
research programs to plan and design experiments for characterizing
binding interactions on a quantitative basis.  Laboratory equipment
includes a Biacore 3000 and a Beckman XL-I.

St. Jude is a premier center for research and treatment of potentially
fatal childhood diseases located in Memphis, TN.  The Hartwell Center
provides broad-based support for basic biomedical research at St. Jude
(details available at www.hartwellcenter.org).  

Minimum requirements: MS in biology, chemistry, or life sciences with 6
years experience in a laboratory environment, or Ph.D. and 2 years in a
relevant field. At least 2 years experience in protein biochemistry.
