[RASMB] Concentration factors

Could someone please advise me on the correct use of concentration 
factors in a sedimentation equilibrium run.  In the same cell, I am 
running three concentrations, and monitoring at a single wavelength.  Do 
I need to use concentration factors to fit my data?  Thanks!
