[RASMB] how to determine base of cell

Dear Karl,

    I suspect the methods suggested by others is the best approach, 
but I did ask Beckman for the manufacturing values several years ago. 
These are: 6.174, 6.675, and 7.177 cm for the bottoms of the A, B, 
and C sectors, respectively,
