[RASMB] Rho value for HEPES buffer

Hi,
I am analysing a sedimentation equilibrium data where the samples contained 100 mM HEPES buffer. Would it be ok to do the calculations with the density of Tris-HCl buffer? Also, is there v-bar data available for gamma-carboxylated glutamic acid?
