[RASMB] vbar of modified amino acids

Hi ALL

I am going to be looking at some peptides/proteins which contain modified amono
acids (N-methylated, N-terminal acetylated and with a C-terminal amide added).

Does anyone have (or can anyone point me in the direction of) info on the effect
of these groups on vbar?

I don't have a density meter and sample is very scarce to try density Scachman
Edelstein-type experiments.
