[RASMB] SedAnal v2.69

A new version of Sedanal (v269) has been deposited on the RASMB server

ftp://rasmb.bbri.org/rasmb/spin/ms_dos/sedanal-stafford/

There have been extensive changes to the ModelEditor. It does a 
better job of choosing components.

The preprocessor has been improved.

There has been about a two fold increase in speed in the fitting algorithm.

The User's manual has been updated extensively.

Numerous small bugs have been fixed.
