Dear all,

Thank you so much for your response and advice re: temperature dependence of
the Vbar value for RNA.

I have been spending some time getting acquainted with Nonlin recently, and
would like to know the following:

For a self-associating monomer-dimer system in which the mw of the monomer is
known, should I fix the sigma value to obtain lnK2 during the fitting? Or,
should I float both sigma and lnK2?

Also: Are there any plans for an online tutorial for Nonlin?

Thanks so much for your help!

Regards,

Julie Su
