[RASMB] Far uv absorption of CHAPS - correction

Apologies everyone !

I typed CHAPS in my mail concerning buffer absorption when I should have
written TAPS.  The latter buffer is fine in the far uv - whereas CHAPS is
like blackout . . .

Borries Demeler has suggested that I put all our scans of buffers in the far
uv up on the web - will do in the New Year.
